Cancellations will be accepted until Feb 18/11 at Noon with a refund of registration fees minus a 20% administration fee. After this time, no cancellations will be accepted. Substitutions of participants will be accepted until March 1/11 at Noon. After this time, no substitutions will be accepted. Please notify chnalberta@shaw.ca well in advance if you are required to cancel or make a substitution.
